Shipping Overview:

Unless otherwise advertised all purchases made from www.admotorsports.net are drop-shipped, directly from our distribution centers/manufactures to you. At times, we have no control over the delivery method of item(s). In order to insure your item is received properly, please provide complete street addresses, including apartment or suite numbers. We can ensure that we will have your product shipped directly to you by the best and most cost efficient method available for your specific needs. All orders placed before 4:30 EST and are under $50.00 (USD), will ship same day. Provided payment has been verified, and security cleared by 4:30 pm EST. All orders exceeding $50.00 (USD), Will be subjected to a 24-48 hour processing time, and will ship once payment has been verified, and security cleared on business day. Overseas shipping requirements are also available, as described in International Shipping.

Backorders:

Occasionally a backorder will happen when the demand for a certain items may overwhelm the manufacturers’ ability to keep our distribution centers supplied with adequate stock.
In situations like this, if an "In Stock item" is oversold or unexpectedly backordered, the part will be ordered from the manufacturer. Once the part is obtained, it will be dropped shipped and or delivered to you, as soon as the item becomes available. In the event of delays, AD Motorsports will make every effort to notify you by E-mail/Phone of the delay providing that you have supplied us with contact information you will then be offered the opportunity to cancel any/all backorder items in which the customers will not be subjected to any cancelation fees/Restocking fees. Usually, these items ship within 7-10 business days. However, in the case of an extended backorder, please allow up to six weeks.
If immediate availability is a concern, please call and we will stock-check the item.

No shipping is done on Saturday or Sunday. Note: According to Visa™ and MasterCard™ regulations, a billing address must match the credit card address on file. AD Motorsports and its partners will not ship any products that fail to meet this requirement.

Important Notes:

AD Motorsports recommends, all address/billing information be updated before purchasing to eliminate down time on orders.


Alaska and Hawaii Shipping
Normal delivery time to be expected is 4 to 7 business days from the time your order is processed and completed.


All International Shipping
US Express Mail or FedEx shipping is generally used. You will be charged separately after the weight and amount are calculated. AD Motorsports will notify you as soon as the shipping charges are determined so you may proceed with your order. AD Motorsports is not responsible for delays in customs and refunds can not be processed. Please allow for additional charges for special handling and packaging.

Due to the Difficulties in AUTHENTICATING INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD billing addresses, AD Motorsports reserves the right to limit all International purchases to be paid through PAYPAL.


Expedited Services (Next Day, Two Day or Three Day)
Please keep in mind that selecting Next Day, Two Day, or Three Day services DOES NOT GUARANTEE shipments will be delivered in the selected amount of time. Expedited orders are subject to the same quality control and security clearance procedures as non-expedited orders, so despite our best efforts, we may not be able to ship expedited orders the same day they are placed.

Next Business Day Delivery (by the end of the business day in most areas), Two Day Business Day Delivery, and 3-Day Delivery are available only in the continental US for an added cost that is in addition to our normal handling charges. Cost is based on weight and destination. Please call for pricing.

Once shipped, the carrier guarantees the following:

NEXT DAY SERVICE - 1 business day*
TWO DAY SERVICE - 2 business days*
THREE DAY SERVICE - 3 business days*
*Excludes weekends and holidays

Failure to except package
If customer fails to take delivery of item once it has been shipped, and the item is returned to AD Motorsports’ distribution center. The customer will be charged for the item to be reshipped and/or an additional 5% restocking fee. If after numerous unsuccessful shipping attempts are made, and item is returned to our distribution center AD Motorsports and or item is not claimed within 90 days of last failed attempt without prior notification, AD Motorsports will not offer a full refund of Item, in addition all items purchased are subjected to an additional restocking fee of 5% of the overall price of item and any reshipping fee’s will be paid for by customer.

Special Handling Items

Special Handling Items are large or bulky items that incur higher shipping costs than Non-Special Handling Items. This includes, but is
NOT limited to, Body Kits, Spoilers, Fenders, and Hoods. Discounts or Promotions on freight charges do not apply to Special Handling Items. Special Handel items are not shipped by actual weight of an item. The shipping of a “Special Handling item” is determined by the Dimensional weight of the container (Ex: 15-20 lb front lip would roughly be 85-115 dollars). Note, if you notice high shipping cost on an over-size item this would be why. To help better understand shipping by “Dimensional weight” please use FedEx.com

Returns

Always open packages the day you receive them to check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping

Always open packages the day you receive them to check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If parts were damaged during shipping, please save all packaging material and call 804-332-0978 immediately.

Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged merchandise or incorrect orders. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Claims reported more than 10 days after delivery will not be acknowledged.

If you need to return a part(s), due to shipping damage or a discrepancy, please call AD Motorsports at 804-332-0978, to obtain a return authorization number (RTA). This number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.

ALL packages WITHOUT a return authorization number will be refused.

Returns MUST be received within 30 days of the original date you received the merchandise. Returns MUST also include a copy of the original invoice/Receipt and a detailed note describing the reason for return. Shipping charges may not be refundable.

All sales that are cancelled once an order has been placed but not yet shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of Electrical items, we are not able to accept them for return.

Product warranties are limited to the manufacturer's warranty only, and
All parts and products damaged during installation cannot be returned.
